Hi,

I have a user on our network equipped with an Exchange server and BESx 5 looking for a custom sync solution. As it is, messages deleted from either a Blackberry or Outlook are also removed from the other. This person would like any messages deleted in his Outlook to also be deleted from his handset, while: any email deleted from his Blackberry he would like to remain in his Outlook.

Is this possible, either with a setting or a third party solution? Many thanks for providing imput!

I am pretty sure you can change that on the handheld. You can set up the Reconciliation to delete on handheld only. Been a while since I looked at those screens.
