I want to move users Blackberry Enterprise 5.0.3 to Blackberry Enterprise 5.0.4 using "Transporter Tool". So I want to know about advantages and disadvantages of "LIVE MODE".

advantage, user wont notice migration in most cases or might see a few min of interruption at most

disadvantage, maybe get duplicate contacts happened to one of mine or user wont move in some rare cases with older devices. if all are on OS 5 or higher it works better.
