Why would the new license key not be compatible with the current keys?


Error Message:
The license key being entered is incompatible with license keys existing in your License Manager.

Server Ver: 3.6.7.12

License Keys:
besx35-xxxxxx(Current)
bescal-xxxxxxx(New Key)

because you have small business server and you bought an enterprise key or vice versa.

besx35 license key is used in 4.0 and higher. Did you have a 4.0 Test server at anytime? or are you sure you arent mixing the 2 that you typed in?

To ensure your not getting it wrong, give a call to rim and sort it out with them, easiest way and ensure you dont get screwed on the licensing.
