I have my Gmail account and it is working with BIS perfect. Nonetheless my who is a Google Apps for Your Domain mail hosting, does not, I did enter my user2 info and pop.gmail.com in the BIS configuration and it did not work, in the bottom is Gmail also, but why it does not work?, please help, thanks

interesting... i setup my google hosted email on my BIS just fine. I could get my email. however, i deleted it from my BIS page bc i do not use my personal domain as much as using the gmail one.

do you use outlook to download your own domain email? if so, use the exact setup from your outlook in BIS and try.
