Default BES not pushing out mail

Please Login to Remove!

First of all...am running BES 4.0.7 MR2. (w/Exchange 2003, SP1)
110 blackberries connected (90% AT&T, a few on Sprint, and a few on Rogers)
On a Monday morning(around 8am), all blackberries quit receiving email, they can still send(with usually close to a 30 minute delay). Originally I thought this to be a network (AT&T) issue, since there had been provider issues the previous week.
The blackberries started working again at around 1 or 1:30pm.

This happened again the next Monday, and again this week, but it has become a thing that has started to happen every morning.

The BES event log is giving me BBRouter errors which i have not had much luck in interpreting.

Event Type: Error
Event Source: BlackBerry Router
Event Category: None
Event ID: 10000
Date: 11/8/2007
Time: 8:47:15 AM
User: N/A
Computer: OHBES
Description:
[SERVICE_RELAY_SESSION:S75653415:007da728] Service transaction not found. SERVICESESSION_TAG=5982379

Also, i will receive blocked worker thread messages in the event log.

Not always but many times I will receive messages regarding the exchange connector failing.

Yesterday I though I had pinpointed it to the backup jobs running were hitting exchange about that time of the morning, and so i killed the job..and the BBs started working about 2 hours later. I did not run the exchange backup today, however the same thing happened again...no messages received since right around 8 am.

This BES server has been up and running for over a year with almost no problems.

Ive been all over the forums, RIM site, and internet, but this one really has me confused. Any help or insight is much appreciated.

This error is related to some network hiccup on your BES to RIMs NOC.

Do you have any network instability? Are there other errors coming up in your ALRT logs?

Has anything changed in your environment? Network, Domain Controllers, DNS Servers, Firewalls, Switches, Routers?
