Hey all - new user here.

I'm sure there is a way to do it but I cannot figure it out. How do I customize my menu? As in what apps are on my homescreen?

This depends on your theme. If you're using the Zen icon theme, the first 5 icons will show on the homescreen. You can arrange the apps by pressing menu, selecting an icon you want to move, pressing menu again, then move icon. In the Zen menu theme, you should have a menu option at the very bottom to rearrange apps.
