I just picked up this phone for use on AT&T and everything else is working normal however I can seem to get voicemail working. When I press and hold the #1 button it will dial into AT&T's voicemail but will not connect to the mailbox. I've tried resending the service books and refreshing the host routing table. I'm out of ideas to try, please can someone give me a direction to get this working?

well if you can connect and call into your VM, then i dont think the problem is on the phone's end.

Have you checked the voicemail number? Call log> Options> Voicemail
