I am currently using a Pearl that was handed down to me from my boss, can I reset it to factory settings so as to not recieve his emails anymore and not have his contacts in it? Thanks.

You should be able to go into security and wipe the handheld (at least you can with all other BBs)

Go to Options, then Security options, then General settings then click the wheel and choose Wipe Handheld" It will ask youto confirm then type blackberry to continue. At least this is true with 7100s, 7200s and 8700s. I would assume the Pearl has the same option

yup it is there in the menu there but that doesn't remove any pushed email services. you have to go back to the BIS or BES and turn that off.

I wiped the handheld and it got rid of my boss' info but not mine, so I'm happy.
