[Just Guessing]

I have three users on my BB Pro server. For some reason they arel isted as "running" but the "Last Contact Time" is over a month ago. They appear to have switched their e-mail to Verizon. When I run the BB activation at the phone, it doesn't connect - no error. Just sits there saying "activating".

Any ideas? Thanks!

I gotta admit some users can make you chase your tail. I found out that one user signed up for a Blackberry Internet account through Verizon and didn't bother to tell anyone his phone wasn't working through BES.

The other two just lived with it, I guess. Anyway, restarting the entire server resolved the problem. I've noticed that restarting BES rarely helps. You have to restart the entire server.
