i downloaded an app called Smart Lock-Persolanized Slide Lock

and when it downloaded i cant get off the screen , it doesnt have the icons it shows on the picture only the lock in the middle and i cant enter my phone because of this screen , how can i delete it because my computer wont let me connect to my phone to get into my files or nothing . thanks

Try rebooting in safe mode. Remove the battery. While holding down the 'back' key reinsert the battery and hold the back key for another 20 seconds or so. Once it boots up see if you can then remove the app.
