Question @live.co.uk not compatible with BlackBerry?

Please Login to Remove!

Hello BlackBerry Forum,

I've recently got a BlackBerry 8900 (Javelin) in the United Kingdom where i live and where i bought the BlackBerry. I bought it on pay as you go and had it unlocked and now have a sim only contract for it which includes unlimited blackberry data + email from T-Mobile.

Everything works great, BlackBerry Messenger, browser, uploading game highscores etc. however when it comes to things regarding my email things go a bit Pete Tong (wrong)...

For instance:

1. I can't synchronise my email to my blackberry so i cant take advantage of instant email... i have a @live.co.uk account (created from the Windows Live website) which i use for everything social and business etc. so i'd really like it if my BlackBerry would co-operate with it.

2. I've also realised i cant use my email for Windows Live Messenger App on BlackBerry or FaceBook App for BlackBerry (email is required to receive notifications i believe)

I've tried registering my email but it always comes up with the message incorrect username or password provided. (By always i mean i've tried at least 20 times)

The fact that my email doesn't work really takes away a lot the BlackBerry can do from me so if anyone could help me out i'd much appreciate it.

Many Thanks,

Eddie

BIS doesn't sync email.
You get new emails pushed to your device.

Are you doing it on the device, or on a PC at t-mobile's BIS site?
