I have a user with old 7200 loader application loaded, I have reset his profile and now I can't remove the loader application. When installing new desktop software it asks for the old 7200 loader .msi which I don't even have anymore so can't reinstall-uninstall.

How can I remove the software manually or does anyone know where I can download the loader app for the 7200?

Hi Dazzpower, welcome to the forums.

Click the 'OS Upgrade downloads' like in my signature to find where you can download:
- The latest Desktop Manager softwre
- The latest OS for the device (if it still exists). Select the carrier your on and look for the OS for the 7200.
