I'm going to pull my hair out!

Can someone please advise me on why my BB has stopped syncing with my outlook calendar (2007, Windows Vista).

When I enter a new appointment in my calendar on my desktop it now does not update on my BB - it only stopped doing it this weekend.

I've checked and the wireless sync is still on... HELP!

Are you on BES, or are you using Desktop Redirector?

I'm on BES, but one of the other PA's got me to upload the BB Desktop manager - do you think that has messed it up?

No, the Desktop Manager won't affect that, only the Desktop Redirector. However, if you are on BES, then you may need to speak with your BES Admin, and possibly re-activate the device on the BES Server.
