hi mates..
i have blackberry 9700bold..
i've been using for almost 1month
but sadnly i was trying to connect to my pc to make update
but my pc doesn't recognized my mobile...

then i try to make charge with the original charger but still no luck..

but the mobile is working everything...

so what i am going to do with this mobile???

pls need ur advice urgent...

First , No need to use colors or large size characters.

A little suspicious of your questions. If you have been using the Blackberry for a month and cannot charge it, by now it should be dead. On the off chance your post is real, how are you charging it.

Download the latest version of Blackberry's Desk top manager from the Blackberry home site. Also do not connect your phone through a USB hub, connect directly to a USB port on your computer. Have fun......................

silly as it may seem have you tried plugging it in without the battery, when plugged in does it show anything on the screen, and red led light on or off when plugged in?

it dosnt show anything...
i try to connect to usb with battery or without battery but still the same..
even the original charger...

but the original charger is working with the other unit...

so if there isn't a red light when plugged in your can pretty much say it is pooched!
