So I just recieved my Blackberry 8330 a few days ago. I bought it from an eBay seller online, it said it was refurbished. I now wish I'd never wasted the money because starting at around 4am (this is my 3rd day with it) it's decided to have a mind of it's own. Without me touching it, it'll randomly start typing 63636363 (or rf if I'm typing), and it won't allow me to press any buttons. Right now, it's only letting me press a button every once in a while. I don't know what to do! It was a birthday gift and I'll feel terrible if my sister wasted her money.

Luckily, I reread the buyer's page and I can get it exchanged. They said within 3 days. It's the 3rd day and I e-mailed them after hours so hopefully it still counts...
JUST IN CASE they won't replace it, though, any possible solutions would be appreciated. I hope it's not water damage...
If it's water damage, there's not much you can do. Hopefully you can get it exchanged.
If you remove the battery, do you see little white or red squares?
