Notification chime, but can't figure out why?

I just got a notification noise on my BlackBerry, but I can't see any new voicemails, chats, texts, Facebook, tasks, calendar appointments, etc. Is there any way I can get into a log and see what my BlackBerry was trying to notify me about?
