Installed BES 4.1 on a server running Microsoft Small Business Server. Needs help with SQL as it is coming up with synchronisation error with BES.

I'm assuming you're running Exchange 2003 SP2?
SBS 2003 SP2?
BES 4.1 SP4 ?
SQL 2000 SP4?

Need details on the environment ... what guides you followed to do the install ... Oh, yeah, and an exact error might help.
