Default moved from 8520 to unlocked 9800

I was running a tmobile 8520 and everything was working well. I was getting emails from yahoo and gmail and my server email for my business website. I moved all the info from my 8520 to my unlocked 9800 through desktop manager and everything went smoothly. I had to re-enter my passwords to my emails and they synced except for my server email. I try and enter the mail settings and the password and it says it cannot connect to the server / wrong password but nothing on the server side has changed and my outlook for that account still works. Any idea ? I really need to have my business emails sent again..... its a private business so I dont need BES i use BIS settings and i used the instructions for the service books, UMA and tethering that was stickied in the forum

Did you log into you carrier's BIS site and change the IMEI and PIN to that of your current device?

T-Mo doesn't support the 9800 so getting the right service books could be a real problem.
