I recently installed DM on my new labtop with windows 7
and whenever i connect my bb into the computer it lets me input my password into the phone and on the computer
but it stays on the screen where it says "Before you begin verify that your blackberry is connected to your computer"

any ideas?

Its a laptop.
ERm, try disabling the password on the BB, and then connecting.

DM seemed to recognize the new OS but didnt said the phone didnt need to update the software
and i accidently deleted bbm and i used dm to reinstall it
but it isnt in my phone and i tried reinstalling it via wifi and it said that reinstalling it would prevent bbm from working properly

any ideas on how to solve this issues
