I know edge on my unlocked 8300 was painful, but edge on my unlocked hd2 wasn't that bad, I would guess due to the processing power. Can anyone give me an idea of what the speed "feels" like? I know its all subjective, but I'd still like some opinions.

Would depend on the connection and the distance to the cell tower that it logs in on.

I have a 9930 on AT&T, which gets EDGE. It isn't bad. I'm coming from a 9810, which is H+, and it's obviously not that. It's acceptable, though. Feels a lot like 3G did on my 9800.

I can get a great deal on a verizon branded unlocked 9930, and would be using it on AT&T..is anyone else doing this as well? And if so, any major issues other than having to use EDGE?
