I have a user on BES with an 8330 phone and not all of her tasks are showing up. She has something like 6000 tasks total but only about 5200 are listed.

At first this seemed like an obvious memory issue but we checked the free memory and there was plenty left.

So, I wiped the phone and activated it again. More tasks showed up but some are still not there.

Is there some sort of upper limit on the number of tasks that the phone can hold?

I can't see a pattern either on whether the ones that aren't there are old, new, etc.

Ideas?
