I have one new problem,
I'm using lotus domino 8.5 as the email server,
First I have 1 new user name Ryan Rodney and I already activate the BES with . And then one day the user ask to change the name to be Ryan A. Rodney. So I rename at the server and also delete the user from the BEs.

When I try to re-activate again, when I add from BES -> I input the email name , but the display name is Ryan Rodney , not Ryan A. Rodney.
So the activation is failed, because it didn't find Ryan Rodney on the server.

Is there any clue to fix this problem? SO I can activate the BES with the new name, without to change the name to the first one.

FYI, when you rename the person by updating the person doc you don't need to remove and re-add the user to BES. BES will update automatically overtime.

Check the NAB on the Domino server hosting BES to see if it has the updated name. If not check your replication.
