Here's the scenario:
I have an 8310 through AT&T and my wife got a new 8830 (BES) through her work. I sent her an BB message request and she accepted and all is good. Her mom just got an 8310 and we tried to set it up so they can BB each other. When accepting the request, it stays in pending status.

Any ideas?

Delete the request. Both of you do a battery pull and try again. Is the PIN number stored in your address book?

I'll give that a shot when I can coordinate it. I don't show my wife's PIN number in my address book. Where else would it be stored?
