Right my sister is having a spot of trouble with her blackberry.

the problem is that the bluetooth doesn't work at all she cant connect with anybody. plus she doesn't know a lot about technology, i have had a look myself not touched anything and i dont know the problem either.

so if anybody could help or shed some light it will be muchly appreciated.

First of all Bluetooth needs to be turned on. Then your sister needs to pair her device with the other phone, both devices must use the same pin number.
If she is sending a picture for example then she should go to the picture hit the menu key and select send via Bluetooth.
When receiving a picture for example she must go to the pictures folder, hit the menu key and select receive via Bluetooth.

I've been having problems with mine also. Mine will send and connect with other devices, but it won't let me receive anything from other devices :(
