BES Server: 4.1.4.15
Windows Media Player 9 installed on BES.
Audio files enabled and WAV files are in the Distillation list as well as file extension list.

I am still getting the "Unknown Error" when trying to open the message. The file is smail (about 150k). Anybody have any suggestions of things to try??

Sounds like things are set up correctly.....

Did you test opening the file using the test attachment feature on the BES?
Does the save .wav open on another model device?

I copied the .wav file in question over to the BES server and it was successfully converted. Weird huh?
