Big Problem with my 7100v

I have had a 7100v since February of this year. No problems until about a month ago. When I received or made a call the person at the other end cannot hear me. I can hear them clearly. Some calls (10%) are fine. Some calls last 10 to 30 seconds. I brought the 7100v back to Vodafone shop where I purchased it and they redirected me to a repair centre. The repair centre replaced the phone with a brand new 7100v. Same problem with new 7100v after 3 days. I now have the new one about 10 days. I thought I may be hitting the mute on at the track wheel during a call, but I now have ruled this out. The phone has not been used with a bluetooth device, has not been dropped or had anything altered to the way I received it. I am a sole trader and the 7100v is vital to me as I am out of the office a lot. E-mail, SMS, syncing to computer (Mac) with PocketMac are all working fine. Help Please!!!!
