Let's say we can unlock the Verizon Storm and we can use it on att or t-mobile. Will ATT provide us with service books for things as web browser, instant messenger and such things?

I would doubt it...this is also assuming the Storm has a SIM card slot for use on GSMs like AT&T.

The storm will have a sim card slot! But its debatable if it works on North American GSM or EURO gsm...

I bet if there is a way to lock the signal to Verizon they will.
