due to limitation from BES IT policy, i cannot see HTML email even on my BIS emails :(
can someone recommend me on a good bold capable 4.6OS HTML viewer.
i installed EMPOWER which is pretty good... but they say the latest supported OS is 4.5, and i dont see much updates on their website, im afraid ill pay and no more support on future OS releases...
can some1 suggest what should i buy/do?

i know its working, i've installed the trial to give it a test.... im worried about future OS upgrades.... the EMPOWER costs 30$ which is not cheap for a bb software.... i wonder if their support gona be good...

i couldnt enable HTML defualt view for BIS msgs... :(
I'm very happy with their support. I only purchased it one time, and every time I've upgraded my BB, they give me a new registration key so that I don't have to purchase it again.
Hi mckinneycm, I have been using Empower even when they on trial stage. I have just switched from pearl to bold, however, my emails come out all scrumble together without paragraph, I have to switch it to html everytime when i received an email, which means i will have to deactivate empower in order to read my email nicely.
can you please let me know what did you do to make it works perfectly?
uni have told me to set the "Enable HTML Emails" in the options to NO. but it doesnt work.

and what about if a new OS will come out? do they commit to update thier software so it will work?
and were u able to configure all mails to show as HTML as default?
