Hi guys,

I just got my 8320 in the mail. It's brand new sent from TMobile.
I just tried to sync with Outlook, which I have done with my Pearl effortlessly, but now I am getting an error message no applications configured for synchronization. I installed the new software that came with it and am now lost.

in DM with your phone plugged in click syncronize then configure. It will walk you through each setting. You have not set up DM to sync to outlook is what the error is. There are many PIM's BB DM will sync to so you must tell it which you are using

Thanks....Don't know what I was doing wrong but it looks like it will now work
