Just set up my Storm 9530 yesterday and I am having an odd issue. Any time that I try to reply to an email it shows a red x as not being sent and when I open the sent email it shows an error "message included an invalid address". Will accept new emails, but sending is proving to be impossible. Still working fine on my Alltel concession line, but no luck on my new Verizon concession line.

I have already tried a battery pull, resending service books, removing and re-adding the email address. All have produced no results. Anyone have any ideas?

Is this only with one email address or is it happening when you reply to any email from any address?

Any I attempt to send give the error. I have even entered in my own email address and it does it

How many email accounts do you have on your device? Is this only happening with the Hotmail account?

If it's the only account with the issue. Delete that account and then re-add it.
