Hello,

Just bought the new Blackberry Tour 9630 from Bell. I bought it due to the fact that I'm away for a few months during the year and I need my emails on my handheld device.

I went for the blackberry cause I tought that my emails would be synchronized automatically between my Blackberry and Outlook (I have Outlook 2003).

I can receive my emails on my BB but when I send an email from the BB, I can't see it in my sent items of Outlook (I see it fine on my BB).

IS there a way to either sync everything over the air or at least allow me to transfer my sent items from my BB to my Outlook using the USB cable???

You need to auto BCC your Outlook Email account, then set a filter so the sent email does not come back to your BB, it will then show up in your Outlook Inbox. This is the only way to do this with BIS. Or use Gmail or Yahoo.

SO if I understand, I can setup my BB to send an email to my home address (in BCC). Then, I setup my outlook to transfer all emails where my email address is in BCC in another folder in Outlook and it won't be delivered to my BB???

Sorry, I now get what you are saying... Use the filters on the BB Bis web site (where I have setup my emails)...

One little thing, in my folters, I don't have BCC. If I select CC, will that work anyways if I BCC myself???

Also, how can I setup my BB to automatically add my email address in the BCC field everytime I send an email???

Log into your carrier's BIS site.

Edit each email account that you have set up to add the AUTO BCC
