the other day i was trying to replace the housing on my pearl, and somewhere in the process i managed to disable both of the convenience buttons and the volume up button.

but in the process of figuring out which buttons did and did not work, i turned the volume down a few clicks (because, of course, that button still works). the issue now is that i can't turn it back up.

is there a way to up the volume, other than the buttons on the side?

I just had that problem after replacing my housing. Pull it back apart and check the brass contacts. Mine were bent and not making contact.
