Default view calendar availabilty not working

Please Login to Remove!

i am working on a BB rollout for a company and there are two identical devices on the same BES. One device has the calendar availability feature for users and one does not. I confirmed that the addresses that I was trying to use to view availability came from and are still resident on the GAL and that didnt make a difference...any suggestions?

What are the OSes on the devices? It has to be at least 4.5 or higher to have that function.

Sorry, they are tours and 4.7. Two identical devices, one has the feature and one does not.

That is definitely odd. Are you sure the one that doesn't have the option is activated on the BES?
