I noticed that BB sometimes (not every time), when I am charging it (with USB or wall charger), change ringtone in my active profile.
Another thing that it change is settings in voice dialing options (choice list-from always off to automatic)-this affect that the phone occasionally no sound when you have a call.
Does anybody have this problem?

Your ringtone will change on USB because you have it saved on the media card. Put it on the phone memory and you'll be fine
