Do the chargers that use the micro-usb plug in all block the sd memory card?

Because I didn't ask a clear question to start. I'll expand a bit.

The charging cables that are designed to synch/charge will block the memory card.

Bit the ones designed only to charge won't.

Is that correct?

That's not correct either. Both should be the same. Granted you will find some that don't but that is due to quality.

Poptrapper actually showed me what the problem was. In my settings. I had it setup where everytime I plug in the cable. The BB acts like a mass storage device. I changed the settings so it asks if I want to do that.

TY for the answers to my questions. I was just asking the wrong questions.
