Please Login to Remove!

Dear friend
Currently I just buy BB 9700 and I meet some problem related to software installed, Application World, Yahoo Messenger, and Facebook. I have download and installed some software from blackberry.com and I can install it successfully but I can't find those application that I just installed. I could not see any new software on the Menu or in Application or else. i have checked the option -> application and I saw that all of my application that I installed is list in the application. Now I can't find where can I go to run it. Do any of you have any idea?

Thanks

Do you have a BB data plan?

Who is your cellphone service provider?

Default I think I don't have any data plan

Dear friend
I think I don't have data plan for this phone. It is a France version and I used it in Cambodia with Hello as my mobile operator. Is it related to Data plan? How to fix this problem?

Thank for your answer

Im surprised you could even download them without a data plan.
Take a look in the Downloads Folder.

To use RIM related data services, you must have a BB data plan. Maybe the link from the FAQ will help.
