Hi I am a bb newbie and need some assistance please.
I have a 9700,
I would like to set up a caller group profile for night time purpose so that only certain numbers i choose will make my phone physically ring?

I believe there is a way i think? but have not had any luck

Go into each contact you want to get through any profile one at a time. Choose edit, then phone and message (one at a time) if you want them to get both through. Change them to the ring tone and volumn level you want. I choose something different from the one I have set for default. I know it's woking right and I want to answer when it does ring. Leave all other contacts you do not want to get through set to Active Profile, that way they will not get through the vibrate or silent profile.

That's the only way I know unless there is a third party app that lets you choose contacts and set a profile as a group. If you don't have a ton you want to get through that should do it.
