Default Accepting terms and conditions with Blackberry ID

Hi guys, first of all sorry for just signing up on these board to ask a question but i have no other option.

Right the problem is when i come to download an app, i have created an account online and when i try and sign in on my phone, it just comes up with the loading page, and doesn't do anything no matter how long i leave it, Then when i press back it says i must accept the terms and conditions, but i have done that online when i sign up, and i cannot create an ID on my phone as it also does the loading page stalling again.

If you need anymore information just ask. No error code available as it doesn't give one.

Did you try to create a BlackBerryID on BlackBerry - BlackBerry ID ?

Yeah thats what i signed up on, i have done that twice with different accounts but none of them work.

On the device you need to use your email address associated with the BlackBerry ID and the password to login. That still doesn't work?

The official response from RIM on this is to contact your carrier for assistance and if they can't help to have them escalate your case to RIM.

Yes i do use the login details i signed up with, but no luck. I will contact my provider tomorrow if no other alternatives are provided in here. Thanks
