so about a month ago i got a used bb bold 9000 on att and it has worked good with the exception of it freezing some times but i fixed that and i upgraded to 4.6 then kept using it...worked fine then one night i i checked it and it said i have no service...when in fact i was in a place i know i have full service ...called att and they are no help i updated to 5.0 or whatever the newest one out is. they reactavated my sim and everything then wiped it clean and nothing is diffrent wifi works but i can't send or recevie texts or calls

weird part is i was playing with the phone and found that if i squeeze the sides hard i get full service....anyone know what this could be? i'm thinking maybe a lose contact on the circut bored for the antenne?

You could try tightening the 6 screws up under the back cover, you'll need a t5 screwdriver i believe.

A referb from ATT should be warranteed for 90 days unless you purchased it from a vendor retail shop then it may be 30 days. Return it for a replacement.
