Hello, We bought a batch of blackberries 9780 on my company, we are having a recurring problem with most of them, after a few days of use users come back with the blackberry with a corrupt os. The error app 606 is showing and I need to reload the OS. This problem is getting a bit out of hand and I need to know exactly why is this happening, does the blackberry have some kind of log that I can look at before reloading the os.

Were these new or used devices?

What did you do to the device just prior to this occurring?

No log that I am aware of, but that doesn't mean there isn't one.

Hello, thanks for the reply, As I can see these have to be enabled first, I have a blackberry with the app 606 error and I wanted to extract the info from there instead of waiting for it to happen again, I guess without enabling the log first there is nothing I can do?
