hello , my laptop use to detect my USB straight away, but now.. it wont. here's a screenshot of the situation...

Disconnect the BB. Reboot the PC. With the power on the BB, remove the battery for about 30 seconds. Replace it. Once the BB and the PC boot, connect to the PC. Make sure that you are using a data cable and not a power only cable.
