Hi, I have an old server running BES 4.01 with twelve users. I am in the process of removing the server from the domain. I have downloaded the software and plan on installing it on a Windows 2008 R2 Standard system. I would prefer to have a fresh installation and slowly move folks from the old onto the new. I've read where you need to move the sql database from the old to the new, but I believe you would do this if you wanted to move everyone at once. I really don't want the headache should something not work. I have a couple of users in the office that can live without the BB should there be issues, so I would like to start with them and then move the other folks once I'm sure everything is working ok. Is this possible to do (have two BES not seeing each other or sharing a database) this? Since there is such a limited number of users, I was planning on having each one come over at a set time and if necessary, hook them up via the USB and put them on the new server. LAne, Please I have an issue with my BB that i think you can be of help to me. I just got this BB 9700 and IT policy is on it. I have tried every means to get it removed. I have wiped my phone but all to no avail. Please, i was told that if i can get someone to add me on another IT Policy,that it would work.

Please, can you put me on your IT policy, then you remove me later. How possible is that?

Wont work, you need to remove it before anyone can add you to their BES and I doubt anyone would let you one their system unless you worked there.
