I have my 9930 for several days now. Out of the box and until this afternoon, the first row of icons in each panel were displayed on the screen. Something happened and the panels now completely collapse. I now have a small bar across the bottom of my screen with a little up carrot. How can I get my first row of icons to display? What did I do, how do I change it?

Also some themes dont show the first row all the time and some do.
