I searched for something similar, but not sure product wise. I was recently given a 7130E at a new job. The provided software, didn't seem to have an address book feature to sync. Am I missing something?

Just looking to add all contacts and download it to the device. Any suggested programs? Or again, what am I missing?

Yes it has an address book/contacts sync with your desktop or if bes, wirelessly. Look at the desktop software and choose intellisync. You should also see a Contact icon on the screen.
