Does anyone use Beamberry (or Beamsuite now) from SLG Mobile? I bought 40 licenses from them over a year ago because it seemed to require much less support than Content Beamer. I've been very happy with the software up to this point, but I've been having problems recently and am getting no response to my support emails and phone calls. The majority of my 30ish users are still printing from it without issue, but occasionally I'll find 30-50 of the printing emails to them hung in my SMTP queue. I'm just hoping someone out there may be more "in the know" than I am about their situation (Are they closing shop? Are "they" actually some kid in his Mom's basement?) If not, does anyone know of a better printing solution than the two I mentioned (using nothing but Blackberry and Bluetooth Adapter or Bluetooth Printer)?

I used a trial of BeamBerry, pretty good program but I never had to contact them support wise..

As far as BT printing, their are few solution, one from Cortado, another from eOffice, I'd do a google search for more info.
