My 7100g is completely messed up, It has worked for one call then people are unable to hear me. I sent the phone back to have the mic replaced. But again it worked for about 5 minutes then people couldnt hear me again. Whats the problem here?

The 7100g's are awful. I had a bunch changed out after conversations with our reps because of the mic problems.
