Two are listed on their website for the 8800: one for $54 and and for $45. See last set of photos at the bottom:

It looks like the dimensions for the $54 case are correct for the 8800. Whats the difference between the $54 case and the $45 8800 case? I dont think it has to do with the flap - which would be more expensive anyway than an open case.
I sent them an email yesterday but no response yet. Probably closed on the weekends.
I had one of their cases for a first gen Treo and loved it. Quality was excellent.
