Contacts and Calendar will not sync

My company has recently purchased 6 BB's so we are not quite ready for a BES yet. Everything has been working great but i have moved my e-mail to a new exchange domain with Outlook 2003 and now contacts and calendar will not sync. I have uninstalled and reinstalled all the software and upgraded the 7520. I have also deleted my outlook profile and recreated it but still no luck.
Has anyone seen this before?
