Default Wireless sync option not showing....

Why doesn't "Wireless synchronization" show in the address book options?? I'm thinking something hasn't been provisioned on the data plan...

and this was going on before the outage today....


How do I get it back??

Oh...8700c, service is with Cingular/AT&T

Email syncs, calendar syncs......contacts are set to wireless sync in the desktop manager...

Wireless Calendar synchronization only works with BES.
