Default Browser Icon is missing. Tried all the fixes

Please Login to Remove!

I was just offered an upgrade to OS 5.0. After the upgrade I can't find the web browser Icon. There is an icon for bolt but I mean the default browser that came with my Tour. I searched the forums and tried the following fixes:
1)reset themes (Ugh . .. didn't work and lost all my customization)
2)Host routing table/register BB(I rec'd multiple emails that my BB was registered but no icon)
3)Show All (not hidden anyways)
4)Some people who had this problem could still see the web broswer if they changed the settings for thier side convenience buttons. Maybe I don't know what it is called but I don't see it even there.

Any ideas how to get it back? I particularly want all my bookmarks back. Thanks,

You need to resend your Service Books.

Log into your BIS account. The option is located there.

Did you try a hard reset as well?

Are you using the Sprint version of 5.0?

Did not do a hard reset because I don't want to have to reconfigure things.

I assume I am using SPrint 5.0. BB Desktop just offered me the upgrade.

I went to the Sprint BIS site and there is nothing there that says service books. It says email, or settings. I clicked every choice and no service books. Am I nuts?
